Youth Villages has openings now for behavioral youth counselors to help troubled young people overcome severe emotional and behavioral challenges on our residential campuses in the Memphis area.

In this position, you will help children and their families to identify, understand and cope with their individual needs and develop the skills necessary to succeed in less restrictive settings. We have three different types of facilities — intensive residential centers, open campuses and group homes.

A Bachelor’s degree and experience working with youth is required, with experience working with at-risk youth a major plus.
