Working Mother magazine profiles Youth Villages’ Nicole Fannin

Nicole Fannin

Working Mother magazine recently profiled Nicole Fannin, director of the Dogwood Campus just outside Memphis.

She talks about working with troubled children and trying to help them find joy in life and build strong bonds with their families.

Fannin joined Youth Villages in 2001 as a counselor. Since then, she has also served as program manager and regional supervisor for Youth Villages’ foster care program. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in criminology.

While working at Youth Villages, Fannin also was a cheerleader for the Memphis Grizzlies for six seasons and before that, a cheerleader for the Memphis Redbirds.
